Provide courteous and professional service, by taking and sending alphanumeric messages to various subscribers, in a fast paced call center environment. Inbound calls only! Assist subscribers by ensuring prompts are read clearly, following all special instructions when applicable. Assist subscribers by typing and sending alphanumeric caller messages. Ensure subscriber messages are correct, repeat message to caller, review for accurate spelling and punctuation, and ensure content conforms to company guidelines. Adhere to subscriber special features. Assist subscriber with additional account features. Ensure all problems with subscriber accounts are reported quickly.
